A: A generic drug is a chemically equivalent, lower-cost version of a brand-name drug, costing 30-80% less! A brand-name drug and its generic version must have the same active ingredient, dosage, safety, strength, usage directions, quality, performance and intended use.
Q: Can I be sure in the quality of the drugs you offer?
A: We only supply the highest quality products in the market.
Q: Should I have a prescription to order from you?
A: No, you need not to. We do not require any prescription from our customers. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking any medication.
Q: Do you deliver orders to PO Boxes?
A: Yes, we send packages to PO Boxes.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Placing an order at our online pharmacy is simple: Find a product you would like to purchase, select the strength, the quantity of pills and place it in your cart by clicking 'Add to cart' button.</p> Review your cart if the order is correct. Then Click the 'Checkout' button. When you check out your cart, you will have to fill in the required fields of 'Order form' and pay for your entire order entering your card number.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following types of payment: Visa, MasterCard.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: As soon as you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the 'Complete your order' button, the information is transmitted to our processing center where it is checked and thus the credit card will be charged. As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed. You will receive a confirmation email, whether your order is approved or not.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: Currently we offer you two shipping methods: Registered Airmail (for USA customers it is called US Postal Service) with the usual Airmail's waiting period 3-4 weeks (the package may be also delivered earlier); EMS Courier Delivery's waiting period lasts 7-15 business days. Unfortunately, the Courier Delivery can take a little longer because of the delay at customs which doesn't depend on our delivery service. That's why we can't guarantee that you will receive it within 3-8 business days.
Q: What should I do if the package is damaged or something is missing?
A: In this case you are to contact our customers care department and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package free of charge or refund your payment.
Q: What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
A: If you choose the shipping method of Registered Airmail it takes 3-4 weeks, if it is EMS it takes 7-15 business days. Mind that delivery can take a little longer because of the delay at customs which doesn't depend on our delivery service. So don't worry, anyway you will get your order. 90% of our customers successfully get their orders. If something goes wrong and you don't get your order, please contact our customer care department.
